I started my first business in 2009 - a recruitment agency I built from the ground up. I grew it to 15 staff and $7 million in revenue, eventually stepping out of day-to-day operations and selling the business in 2018. Since then, I’ve created financial freedom through property investing, helped launch and scale multiple businesses, and worked with women and small business owners to bring calm, structure, and clarity to their work and lives.
My coaching is grounded in real experience, not just theory. I know what it takes to build something from scratch, grow it sustainably, and make it work around your life - not the other way around.
